Email and Webmail Setup Guide

Set up your account in Outlook, Thunderbird, iOS, and Android. Includes ActiveSync setup for Enhanced accounts.

Have your full email address and password handy. In any app, your username is always your full email address (for example, name@yourcompany.com).

We recommend IMAP, not POP3. IMAP keeps all your folders in sync across all your devices and keeps a backup copy on the server.

The outgoing server (SMTP) always requires authentication. Turn on the "Outgoing server requires authentication" option and enter your full email address and password.
